Scanning
A scanner electronically reads flat art or transparencies and converts the information into digitized, bitmapped images. Inside the scanner, a charge-coupled device (CCD) reads the information and separates it into three channels - Red, Green and Blue.
Once scanned, the image can be manipulated and adjusted in programs such as Photoshop and Corel. Images are then ready for use in layout programs, web site authoring programs or for output to print. Imaging services use state-of-the-art scanning equipment, and our highly skilled technicians produce clean, color corrected images that have been tailored to your specific needs.
